In rodent research, Selank has been administered at doses ranging from 50–500 µg/kg depending on the behavioral assay. For intranasal delivery models (the route most commonly studied), concentrations of 0.1–0.3 mg/mL have been used. Cell culture studies examining GABA receptor expression have employed concentrations of 0.1–10 µM. Selank is highly water-soluble and stable in solution, but researchers should prepare fresh working solutions for each experimental series to ensure consistency.
