Tesamorelin Dosage Guidance
Research‑based dosage recommendations for Tesamorelin. Always follow laboratory safety protocols and institutional guidelines.
In human clinical research, tesamorelin has been administered at 2 mg subcutaneously once daily. For preclinical rodent models, doses of 0.1–1 mg/kg have been used to study GH pulsatility and IGF-1 response. In vitro pituitary cell cultures employ concentrations of 0.1–10 nM to study GHRH receptor activation. Because tesamorelin preserves pulsatile secretion, dosing protocols should account for the natural GH pulse frequency of the model system.
